How noisy are Maxtor Diamondmax 10s?

I just tested my new one and I can't say I could hear it at all from my normal position.

Used one when making my sister's shuttle system and I don't find it that bad, noise-wise.

Haha. Next to me. I didn't stick my ear on the drive. And I've got a fairly quiet PC - no fast revolution fans.
