theyre all the same if its a pc power supply mate
except u get slightly different versions for server boards or older boards
the tagan u say you are ordering is an excellent psu and will suit your specs perfectly
ATX12V basically means ATX2.03 - the only important difference from earlier versions was the extra 4 pin 12V plug for P4 (and some athlon) motherboards. It'll fit your case fine - indeed virtually every ATX PSU is now a "ATX12V" version.
