Hi,
I am posting having exhausted my own pc skills, and that of the MSI forums. MSI themselves have been absolutely no help atll.

I have a MSI Ghost Pro GS60 Laptop. I have just started using it wirelessly and found that it is pretty much un-usable.

If I run a ping to the router, this is what I get;

Pinging 192.168.1.254 with 32 bytes of data:

However, if I load a game, and then do the same ping test;

Obviously this means it is totally impossible to play any kind of online game.

I have done quite a bit of testing;

Other laptops in the house have no issues, connected to the same BT homehub.

I have taken the laptop to hotels and work, and tested.....it has the same problem wherever I am.

I have installed the latest intel drivers

I have made sure power saving is set to the highest performance level for the wifi adaptor

I have tried using 5ghz and standard connections and have the same issue.

I am running Windows 10, and the wireless nic is ac7260. v 17.15.0.5

Does anyone have any advice on what I might do to diagnose and resolve this problem? My best guess at the moment is that when the GPU kicks in, the wi fi has the problem.... but I have no idea why that should be or how to fix it.

Many thanks in advance of any help!
