    nvidia 6600gt overclocking...

    Hey Guys,

Had my card running 600/1200 (core/mem) up from the default 525/1050, and it has been fine with 3dmark2001/3/5 but then after a while i start getting artifacts - esp in cs:source after maybe 20/30mins - but not *always*... which im guessing is a heat issue (otherwise they'd be there from the start surely?)

should i get myself a new cooler for it - what would fit the BFG 6600gt AGP card? - i heard that there will be a new arctic cooler (rev 6 i think) released soonish, any places got stock ?

    cheers!

    mark

It should be available from www.overclock.uk but I'm not sure if it's in stock right now.

Check out http://www.overclock.co.uk/customer/...&Submit=search for the full list of overclocks artic cooling silencer stock.

    edit:just noticed HTML is off.

AFAIK it's not out yet - I emailed AC about it a few weeks ago and they said:

We will have a new model NV Silencer 6 which will be compatible on NV6600
PCIe and 6600GT PCIe. We expected it will be available in Feb 2005.

    Best Regards

No. These do fit agp models, just not PCI-e models.
