I heard good stuff about nf3 so I suppose it can't hurt, I don't know much about that board though.

from what ive learnt socket 754 doesnt have 128-bit dual channel only 64-bit single channel dimm slots and u wont be able to upgrade to a amd 64 dual core processor in the future =/ dual channel ram gives u double the bus speed so is faster but im sure other people will contradict wht ive said =)

It's widely considered to be the beast s754 board out there, so you've made the right choice

And Destroyer^, you are correct in saying it only has a 64 bit memory controller!
But dual core will be s940 or a totally new socket.

correction they might be s939 but if they need to use 2 seperate slots then they will need a new socket as they havent finnished on the final design yet
