Personally I'd opt for a K if need OC'd setup.

Updating the CPU microcode via BIOS update or software may effect the ovreclocking of this bundle. So once installed CPU microcode on provided BIOS should remain the same. We can only guarantee the overclock on the the CPU microcode which is provided when you receive the bundle.
Plus reading this info:-
- The missing power-management will not allow to read out any core temperature. No matter which tool you use, it will always just read 100°C.
