    I rather question the value of £120 motherboards especially with the rather limited overclocking of Skylake (IMO expensive boards make more sense for workstation S2011 boards). Just don't see what these really give you that a £70-£90 board doesn't.
    Anway, these are very similar but aside of lack of VGA output from the IGP, the ASRock has the higher spec. But even then, aside from the extra two USB 3.0, the only other noteworthy is the Thunderbolt 2.0.

    PS: rather think that anyone starting a whole thread to ask a simple question about two products could provide the specs of the products in their opening post and preferably the links to the manufacturer's sites as well.
