    120mm Fans

    I'm looking at 120mm fans to go with a Thermalright XP-120. I want high performance but not at the cost of my ear drums .

    Any surgestions?

    I like the AC Ryan UV Blackfire ones as sold at kustom pcs pretty quiet and look dead nice get em on fan controller give em 9v and their silent but still shoft some air

    For 120MM fans i wouldn't accept nothing less than a Panaflo. Their noise to CFM ratio is impeckable.

    Panaflo are highly rated. I reckon I shall get a pair for my radiator.

    Papst fans are the daddy.

    I have a pair on my radiator and one on my intake and the are brilliant, quiet but shift plenty of air.

    i had 6 papst 120 mm fans in my case , 4 on the 120.2 radiator an 2 on the bix rad and on a fan controller turned down it was hardly audible atall up full i would hardly call it very noisy !

    Im using a delta 120mm 199cfm fan coupled with a thermaltake fan controller. On the lowest setting its fairly quiet but on full? Well you have to hear it to believe it really.
    Still 28C idle temps are nice
