Question Kingmax Hardcore PC4000 500Mhz RAM

Would this Ram be compatible with an Asus A8N-SLI Deluxe motherboard (400Mhz)?

Also does anyone know where I can buy this motherboard from, everywhere in the UK is out of stock?

    Thanks in advance,

    Steve

If you don't overclock it will, but it is guarunteed to run 1:1 with the HTT up to 250mhz (may be even a little higher)
