SN95G5 install result Blue Screened :(

I've followed instructions for installing the RAID configurations in the bios. I'm now trying to load Windows XP on to the system. I hit F6 as instructed. It allows me 4 choices to load (k7 windows 2K RAID and controller) as well as (k7 windows XP raid and controller) i load both xp drivers as instructed. I recieve a Blue Screen with the following technical information:

    *** STOP: 0X0000008B (0Xf7C7A524,0XC0000034 , 0X00000000. 0X00000000)

I've tried running memory tests against the memory (they all pass) everything is brand new out of the box. (except video) I've switched 2 video cards (same type) still doesn't work.

I'm trying to install windows XP Professional Corporate edition. I've also successfully upgraded to bios FN95S20A (previously was FN95S205)

    Please help

    Running
    AMD 64 3500+
1 gb Corsair Value Select (dualchannel)
2x Sata 160gb Western digital at Raid 0 (bios is setup correctly)
Nvidia riva tnt2 agp (i'm awaiting my card this is a temp)
