Why do you not have a choice to put the money in a savings account until you're ready to buy it all? You will end up with a better computer for the same amount of outlay, and you won't have a bunch of boxes sitting round your house.

I see your point. That would require serious discipline Besides letting go of that much cash at once just hurts too much.

Instead of actually buying the part, print out a picture and attatch the money it costs to it, then when u go to buy it all u can treat yourself to something exra because the price has come down. (or just put some money in a box)
