Overclocking Geil DDR500 Dual channel 1GB

i have bought some dual channel geil pc 4000 ram to go with my sempron 3100 on a abit KV8PRO and have a Galaxy 6800GT256.
Ive had this ram running at 250 but i had to use timings of 3.4.4.8 this ram is rated at (2.5-4-4-7 at 250hz) can anyone shed some light on this.
Just to let you know my score on aquamark was 62995at 250FSB
At default 200hs FSB I run this Ram at 2-3-3-5 cant get it any tighter.
one more thing my sempron is running on the stock cooler
    thanks for your help

    Hi.

Have you tried upping the voltage on the RAM little?
Also, run www.memtest86.com to find where the RAM is stable timings and speed wise.
    Hope that helps.
    Will.
