What is an ultra ATX mobo ?
Sounds like a marketing term for a standard ATX mobo
ATX is the specification used to make a standard sized modern mobo with a specific layout.

Normally refers to the chipset does it not? as in Nforce3 Ultra ATX or Nforce4 Ultra ATX.

Would it be a server format and why do you want one? Not much info to go on really is there like what you need it for, processor family, chipset family.

In fact with such little information I doubt many people are gonna be able to point you in the right direction
