Hi,
Just a simple question, I'm upgrading my system over the next few weeks, and would like to know if the A8N-SLI will fit into the Casetek 1018BLM case? Also what is the case like? Is the air flow very good though it? any other problems anyone knows of? Thanks a lot :)
Its an ATX case and an ATX mobo, so as far as i can tell, yes. I cant find any reviews of the case on the web (sorry!)
Looks okay, as long as there aren't any overhanging drive bays etc to foul the ram slots you should be fine.
More of a concern is ventilation, make sure you invest in a few case fans to keep the internal temps down..

It's a very old design (takes AT boards). And yeah it won't win any beauty prizes.
dam thts nasty go for a superflower case its cheap and rox i have one and they look nice, comes with see thru side and top pannel with a built in 80mm fan into the side pannel plus rom for 2 80mm fans at the back and front
it has 2 cathodes the size of the case on the front tht change randomly :rockon: has alot of room and cost me something like 26 quid comes with lots of scres and thumb screws which do rock as this was the first pc i built and it made life easyier... u can find em on ebuyer
My personal reccomendation would be for a nice beantech igloo case, superb build quality, thumbscrews everywhere, easy access drive bays (no screws needed), and rubber mounted anti-vibration bays for your HDD's, and it doesn't cost any more than the casetech :)

STOO - The casetek's also have the drive rail kits supplied for easy installing and removal as well as thumb screws for the panels and I'm sure if you really wanted too you could mod the rails so that they have noise dampening on them as well ( hmmm... silicon sealant anyone ? )
The drives also face to the right of the case ( if you are face on looking at the case ) and they are easy to access and to keep the cables tidy is a doddle :)
In the end - its not the best looking case in world but end of the day I bought it for functionality, price and also the fact that its SO DAMN HEAVY that even the fittest burglar in the world would have difficulty picking it up from ground level :D
