How the hell do I recieve my order???

Hi, Im having lots of trouble with an order I made on Ebuyer, every time it comes to my house, no one is in and it goes back to the warehouse. Well now they need permission from ebuyer to deliver it again and since ebuyer dont do phone calls or E-mails, i've had to use one of these bloody e-notes which I barely know how to work.
How do all of you recieve your orders because this is really starting to piss me off, I have school and my mum has work and since the parcel company doesn't deliver on Saturdays there is actually know way I can recieve my order and after 5 days, we get refunded and I will end up having to order everything again.

The order should not be returned to E-Buyer straight away. The courier company should drop a card through your letterbox stating that they attempted a delivery. On that card you will find a phone number, address and map of the depot that the parcel will beheld (usually for five days). All you need to do is go down to the depot with proof if ID, take the cars with you, and collect your parcel.

The depot is usually open from quite early until 6.00pm or 6.30pm so you should be able to arrange collection.

the problem is, i haven't been at home for the 2 attempts they made, and the fact that the depot is about 1 and a half hours away and I cant drive makes it quite a predicament. And the depot aren't going to post it again unless they get permission from ebuyer which will take ages

Yeah, Ebuyer are codrholfer addy only.

They use Intial CityLink as a courier though, those chaps should drop a card through your door sayin they tried to deliver. There's a number on there you can call to arrange collection from the depot... If you DON'T call, they will attempt to re-deliver. They must've dropped a card off at some point, find it and give them a ring.

To collect from depot you will need that card and some form of ID like a driving licence or similar.

If this is your first order via ebuyer they will only deliver to the cardholders address.

But after that you can get it delivered to another address ie a relatives or your Mums work address.

sometimes the courier will deliver it to a differant address if you ring up with the relevant serial number that should be on the card they bunged through your letter box

Interestingly, Micro Direct are now offering evening deliveries to a limited number of areas based on your postcode! Not sure if this will help in your specific case but i'm sure it could help many people that cannot accept a delivery during office hours.

Any resemblance the above has to the English lanuage is entirely coincidental...

Take it this is your first order from them ? if so they can only deliever to the cardholders address, once that is done they will allow it to any other adress.

all i can say is take a day off and get it delived on that day other wise your going round in circles for ever.

I actually prefer things to come by parcel force as the post office depot is only a 5 min drive.
