Hi there ,I would like some help please,i have an Epox 8RDA+ Nividia nforce2 ultra 400 motherboard,and want to know if this memory card will be ok to use with this board ..thxs ..

Yup that RAM is fine. if you can stretch to it get 1gb (2x512mb) you will notice big performance increase, and you can run it in dual channel....gets another 10% performance increase. That would mean spending a fair bit more.

ok thanks i have 2x 256 what conectors do i use for the duel channel to work ?

DIMM slots A1 and B1, they should both be the same colour. It should look like this from your viewpoint with the front of the case pointing towards you:

DIMM A1 - 1 here
DIMM A2 - empty
DIMM B1 - 1 here
DIMM B2 - N/A (dunno why there isn't a B2 slot, a bit silly imo)
