What timings are they?
I paid around £150-160 for mine new. Having been 'stung' on second hand RAM before I'd be worried that you found some RAM that wouldn't OC but you couldn't RMA - or worse. And then there's the warranty question. So I'd say around £100, but someone else may be more daring/trusting.
