    *UPDATE*

BH-5 will come back in old technologie as usual in 0,175um
CH-5 are, as everybody knows, in new technologie 0,13um
DH-5 will hopefully be here soon as well in 0,11um

BH-5 will be used for DDR450 Speed Premium so there should be no "week-hunting"
    DH-5 yeah baby!!

I thought about posting this. It's odd, the digitimes story reckons that they were producing memory on their 8" fab throughout 2004, and in fact 90% of their revenues came from it. It also seems to be the case that Winbond are just a manufacturer and licence their tech from other companies- in the case of BH-5, that was presumably Toshiba, for CH-5....Infineon?

Dont know about the thedifferent revisions.. I assumed that the newer ch-5 was just cheaper to make than bh-5..

Im suprised that ch-5 is a smaller process.. as usually that makes stuff faster?.. which wasnt the case with this ram...
