A PC Case/PSU/External Power Question

I'm looking for a way to get power from my PC's internal PSU to the outside of the case via the backplane.

I want to power my External USB Hard Drive unit using power from the internal PC power supply.

Is there a back-plane available that has a socket on it on the outside which I can use to power the enclosure, and on the inside has a cable which connects to the internal PSU.

I'm sure I once saw an External USB hard drive box called "G3 Metal Gear Box" or something, and it had such a thing.

Any thoughts?
