Which soundcard is best?

Hi, I listen to music a lot and play it through my hifi via my computer, but the onboard AC97 isn't really that great. I'm looking to spend as little as possible, not for feature rich platinum edition stuff but quality of sound. So which out of these sondcards is best: (I only use 2.1 at the moment)

Go for the Audigy 2

Much better thasn standard AC97 and at that price you laughing! I paid twice that for mine!

Ive never had any probs with my Audigy, Creative make good quality products and at that price mate you got a bargain

Actually Creative products are like curate's eggs. However there's only one winner of these 3 if you play games. Just don't install the bloatware.

Audigy 2 used to retail around the £100 mark a short while back. Do as said above and don't install all the rubbish that will come with it.
