    why dont u just chuck a massive heatsink on it and get 0 dbs?

    true but this cooler looks like it would cool a 1ghz nehemiah / via epia better than the stock cooler and quieter too

    it would easily

    but they kick out 1 watt (oh nononoo )

    plus it wouldnt fit in a itx case then, it would make more noise than a passive one (your hardly going to overclock it are u )
