MSI ti4200 128mb vs Leadtek WinFast A250 TD

As you have prob read below my fan in my MSI ti4200 128mb has given up. One of my mates has jsut bought a new card and has a Leadtek WinFast A250 TD
lying around and is willing to sell to me for 20 quid. Which i think aint bad. Apparently these cards can clock past the 4600 speeds. I was wondering what u guys think of this card, and mainly what the performance increase would be on counterstrike source:

Athlon 2100
512ddr
60hd

At the moment css is running awful

20 quid ain't bad, i doubt you'd get better for such little money. I can't see there being much performance difference between that and a Ti4200 though. Is it not possible to mount a simple standard size fan on the Ti4200? I bet a few people have some 40mm fans lying around they'll send for postage costs.
