    Opteron Pricing and Availability in the UK

    Hi guys and gals

    I'm trying to get an idea of the revised "in the shop" prices for the Opteron 2xx range, here in the UK - specifically 250's. Anyone know of an online retailer who's updated their prices after AMD's price changes ? And, anyone know of a retailer actually quoting a price for the new Opteron 252 ?

    Scan have, as far as i know, http://www.scan.co.uk or go to the Scan customer care forum http://forums.hexus.net/forumdisplay.php?f=49 and ask the nice chaps there

    Scan have 250s on for £512.89, which is about £70 cheaper than anyone else, so im guessing they've updated since the drop. They're in stock now too.
    Nowhere I've seen is even listing 252s yet, be worth emailing them to see if you can get any info

    So few places stock opterons, Scan, Dabs, Rainbow IT are the main players prettymuch.

    You've got to be looking at £580-£600 inc vat imo
