MicroATX m/b help please....

HI,

I'm looking for a decent MicroATX motherboard to use for building a silent HTPC. I have all the other components but I can't find a board that does everything I want. Can anybody recommend one? Price is not really a problem (within reason!) but as an absolute minimum I need the following...

1 AGP slot
2 PCI slots (or more)
LAN
Audio
USB2
SATA
Board must take a P4 celeron CPU.

The following would be nice but are not really necessary...

RAID
Firewire
Wireless?! (dunno if you can get this built into main boards these days)

Any suggestions gratefully received.
