    ThermalRight XP-120

Right, I've checked tha compatability chart & my mobo SK8N is ok. However the fitting instructions on the Thermalright website are sketchy to say the least.

So, what i'd really like to know is, is fitting this baby a case of taking the mobo out, or can I fit it in-situ?

You have to take the motherboard out to install the mounting bracket, but after that you just use the good old screw driver to push four clips onto the bracket.

Also good long nose pliers will come in handy.
