help in chooseing ram for athlong 64 nforce 4

my mate is about to upgrade his system im recommecnding him 1gb of ram and a matched pair and to get good quality ram this time so it can last him

hes gonna overclock starting with most likely something like an athlon 3200 939
so quality ram that will be able to push this on air cooling would be nice

his main concern is price although im trying to swing him to the u get what u pay for state of mind and he can get alot more if he spends just a little bit extra

dont need flashy lights or numbers

just decent mem that can have low latencys and can see out an athlon 3200 before hes ram limited

    and a decent price

well i was showing him the ocz el ddr 3200 stuff i dont think its the rev2 stuff i have but none the less at 145 quid includeing vat is bery good

so u reckon the crucial stuff will be just as good for the amd 64 buff ?

ps will my ocz el ddr 3200 rev2 be good with amd 64 when i get it as i plan to overclock more than he will

    good reading cheers buff !

well looks like one of my impulse buys paid of for a change and my rev2 3200 will do well when i move to amd 64 aswell

looks like my mate should go for the crucial stuff or the same ram as me if it can be had for a similar price

mind you all the ram performed well ! so its safe to say any of those dimms in that review would be great just find the best priced ?
