If you want the ultimate set-up then go for an Apple Pro Keyboard and either a Logitech MX500 (wired) or MX700 (wireless) mouse.

You can get the Superbly Beautiful and Extremely Responsive (can you tell I have one?) MX700 along with a matching cordless logitch keyboard. It is called the Logitech Cordless Desktop MX (or something like that). I have the wired version of the keyboard (black and silver - looks mint ) and it is very good also.

I will try to find a link to somewhere that sells them...

Amazon are cheap for the Cordless Desktop MX - free delivery too atm - you may find it cheaper still.
