    Cheapest SFF system

What's the cheapest MiniITX system (Shuttle-esque although not necessarily shuttle) you can build me with a DX9 compatible graphics card?

    Needs:
Any HDD, quiet as possible. 40GB Seagate will do. Remember, cheap is the key.
    256MB ram will do.
    DVDROM drive
    DX9 Graphics as I said above (FX5200?)

    Thanks
