    Flash BIOS from CD ??

I don't have a floppy anywhere near, also no windows on the machine to flashed. So i want to flash it from a CD. I know i have to make the cd bootable and flash from it. But i don't even have an idea of how to make a cd bootable (n00b eh) . Can u guys show me teh way

PS: The mobo need to be flashed is a DFI NF4 Ultra-D, and i'm using a IBM T40 to make the CD, no floppy on both.
