    Question 754 v 939 real world difference ?

    Assuming that I have identical spec systems ( where possible ), what sort of difference would I see, between a 3700+ and a 4000+ based system ?

    I want the 4000+, but my prefered supplier only sells the 3700+ in their SFF range.

    I'll be tying it to a X800 Pro, so graphics won't be a problem from what I can see.

    The price difference between the two, is around £200, so is the 4000+ worth the premium ??

    Benchies of 754 vs 939 can be found at the following link ;

    Overall - AMD are looking to make the 754 the "mid" and the 939 the high range as socket A with the sempron is looking to be entry level right about now

    Thanks for the replies folks.

    I prefer the look of the Shuttle SN95G5 but the deal offered by Evesham looks very sweet.

    I can get the e-Style A64 with 3700+, X800 Pro, 1Gb PC3200 and 250Gb SATA drive for £1010, as I don't pay VAT ( working in Iraq at the moment ).
