What 939 Board (I was waiting for DFI)

I was going to get the new DFI board but I cannot wait any longer as my current board has turned its toes up. Can someone please suggest a board.

I contacted a number of retailers and they said it would not be around until the end of next month!!!!!!!

The board needs to be SLI and have reasonable onboard sound.
    Specs:

My MSI platinium is rather nice. Northbridge fan is a bit noisy unless you turn it down tho (a zalman fanmate is now doing that rather).

I have now narrowed it down to the MSI K8N SLI Platinum PCI-E or the Asus what would people say?

From what i understand the DFI board kicks ass - big time.

Thats what im gonna base my new build around.

Lots of good reviews out there.
