    I had two GTX960 cards have issues - one died and one has cold boot issues.

    i7 2600 is a bit old now lol. If you're just looking for budget PCs then I think i3 8100 would be a better choice than i7 6700? Similar benches on userbenchmark. CEX sells them for £50 I think and B360 boards are quite cheap also, for another £50.
