I'm After a TV card

My gf's dad picked one of these up the other week, but he can only pick up Terestial and freeview channels, i was wondering if theres one out there that you can connect to a cable box, either by a scart lead or standard ariel, obviously you could only watch what was on that current channel, but i was just wondering if there were any

Most should connect to cable... all 3 of mine do.. what make is it?

If your very lucky.. *some* can do slightcable de-scrambling.. mernaing you get all the channels without a cable box.. mine can do it slightly but not watchably... poor quality as it can only ever manage some of the colour channels and messes up the sync a bit..
