i'v got an amd 64 3400 , msi k8n neo platnum mainbord with 512 (3200)twinmos dual channell ram (think it';s in dual channell) i was wondering if i took the ram out of one of my other box's (768 2700 ram) would it work in my amd 64 system ??

nope, the ram has to be 3200 to work properly, and remember you need to instal the sticks in pairs of matched ram...

ok, that mobo dont suport dual chanel.... Any ddr 400 should work, so a 1 gig stick would be just fine
