    Spec me a computer please

Can you spec me a computer with an i3 cpu or equivalent. Must be cheap as possible. No os required in purchase as i have one. No monitor either.

No dedicated gpu needed as a basic computer only. Just for internet, general pc stuff. Max budget around £300 (cheaper is better). Thanks

At that price level I'd be looking at a refurb office PC, or possibly a laptop
    Society's to blame,
    Or possibly Atari.

If you want to go new rather than refurb then this looks ok - https://uk.pcpartpicker.com/list/rh9CP3
You could save another tenner by dropping the 240GB SSD to 120GB.

I'd recommend sticking with the 240GB SSD and increasing the GPU from a 200GE (2C/4T) to a 2200G (4C), which would still come in under £300.

You'll not get much for £300, maybe you should try a used bundle deal of older parts online, may have more luck there?

Definitely a refurb ex office pc, at that price you can get a gen 4 i5 with 16gb ram and in most cases an ssd.
might even be able to transplant and upgrade down the line too.
