Small SATA cables

Does anyone know where to find small SATA cables?
The smallest i can find is 45cm, but i need about 10cm for my shuttle!!

Bought a pair of 20cm ones off ebay the other week for £3 the pair, might be worth a look there. He did have more than one set but unfortunately I've deleted details.
