PN15 connection problems

I'm using a PN15 wireless module in my SN95G5, connecting to a Netgear DG834GT. They connect easily enough, but the connection drops regularly. Most of the time, it will re-connect, but every now and then the connection drops, the PN15 seems to lock up and I have to do a hard reset on my system to get it to re-connect.

I've had a quick Google and tried a few things I found, but nothing seems to change.

Has anyone come across this and if so, how did you overcome it ?
