Pentium's use Quad data rate FSBs, whereas AMD used DDR. Does that help?

No it's down to the motherboard chipset usually as most boards will let you run RAM at a higher speed then the fsb (asynchronous)

In basic terms FSB speed is the speed with which the processor commumicates with the memory and chipset. A multiplier is then put on this which the processor runs at, in this case 166 x 12. Just had a quick check and your MB will support processors with 400FSB i.e 3200+ along with DDR 400 RAM, so if you get yourself some more 3200 Ram and then you can overclock you proccesor by raising your FSB towards 200 from it's current setting of 166 and see how far you get, you may not reach 200 stable but most people seem to hit 190 at stock voltage and not to higher temps, main problem is becuase the multi on these is quite high i.e 12 whereas say overclocking a 2500+ is easier as it's running at a lower mulitplier
