Where do you get fan "grommets" from?

I'm after a number of quiet 80mm fans for an old PC build, but many cases let you use rubber grommets to mount the fans, do fans come with these or are they separate?

Any help in finding would be appreciated.

Here's the fan I've found that looks decent - but I want rubber grommets for quietness:

^ this says it comes with "Vibration dampening pads included" whatever they are?

EDIT : Thanks for your help

Silverstone don't even have pics of the pads on their product page. I'd have to guess that they'd be the triangular corner types or washers (probably like the Noctua ones) as they're described as pads and not holders (like the rubber screw type). If looks aren't important, a roll of cheap weatherstrip will do the same job and many more fans (I use this).

If you do want actual grommets, have a Google there are plenty of options in various styles and diameters:
    https://uk.rs-online.com/web/c/cable...hTerm=Grommets

Usually in bags of 100, by the way, so don't immediately balk at those prices.
Alas, I moved my old Corsair case on, else you could have had those.

I would definitely suggest an additional solution, like Jon's insulation strip, the Noctua style silicone corners, or the rubber 'screws', as it looks like the Silverstone ones are just really naff thin O-rings:

Re: Where do you get fan "grommets" from?

If you go on ebay, look for rubber or silicone fan mounts/screws. You'll find these flexible, elongate things which you essentially pull through the screw holes on your case and fan; then the fat bits keep them sandwiched together.

Since its all soft material, it helps dampen vibrations a bit. I'd used some for years and had no problem, but when I tried removing it to change the fan, it snapped. So either they don't like too much manipulation or it had degenerated.

I've used padded 3M tape in the past when I was being lazy but it was surprisingly effective at dampening.
