Odd computer reboots - help!

Whether by coincidence or not since updating to latest Nvidia driver and updating Windows to 1909 around same time (last week), I've had a couple of BSODs (among others a 'Whea uncorrectable error') & occasions where both monitors go blank - they go into power-save mode & wont come out of it so have to reboot PC.

Other odd events include after I've switched on PC and logged in, the PC reverts back to login screen. Also, scrolling through a webpage with mouse wheel & it gradually slowed down until cursor froze.

I tried restoring PC back to an earlier date before both updates & even changed mouse. Appeared OK for a few days until this morning when after logging on, PC reverted to login screen after a few minutes

Tested memory via Windows Admin tools & used windows to test SSD + HDDs All tests passed. Used AIDA64 to stress test CPU & GPU All fine. CPU voltages all steady as expected.

Couldn't see anything obvious in event logs, although I'll admit I'm not that confident I know what to be looking for!

Would this suggests a memory problem even though tests passed OK?

Not really sure what to do next, grateful for any advice/suggestions please.

I am having issues also since the latest windows update. Lower screen artifacting at boot and a few memory issues where It doesn't like me being over my xmp profile on the ram. Don't know my next steps, just gonna wait to see what happens

Usually when you get a BSOD, it'll give you a code and some sort of .sys file that its having issues with, usually a good place to start.

Looking back on my notes, although I've had several unexpected slowdowns/lockups/screen going blank or into powersave mode, only one BSOD as below:



However, I'm wondering is the symptoms I've been getting would point to faulty RAM? Hovewer I've tested it twice via Windows Memory Diagnostic but no problems found.
