About LinkBacksI want a cheap (~£50) 512MB flash based MP3 player that is chargeable over the USB port. OLED would be nice too, but not essential.

The reviews for that player are poor Zaphod, and it doesn't mention anything about charging from USB.

got the 256MB version today - very nice. lithium battery that recharges from the USB port as required, and only £43.
Now we're talking!

Only thing I cant figure out is how to order the songs in the order I want, which is a bit frustrating as I have the Kaiser Chiefs and Futureheads albums all mixed up

ahhh - I think it does it in track number. got it in the sort of right order now.
Although it still likes to sort the tracks:
1,10,11,12,13,2,3,4... by the looks of things
If you create the ID3 tags with trailing zeros you should be OK. Or, if it uses filenames, set them with trailing zeros.

I think its the filename, so I coud change them all. Maybe after the weekend. Thanks though. Other than this minor gripe its a nice player though, worth the money.
