The stealth (?) Cooler is not very large. You can undervolt to 1.15v, it barely goes above 40 on my aftermarket cooler. I tried to improve my boosting - nothing to write home about. I has getting 80ish during prime95 in an antec p180 at 1.25v with the stock cooler; no info undervolted.

I only managed 1741 fclk/mclk on mine and it won't do 4.2ghz on 1.4v. I think they binned these properly! Pretty good value for £85 though.

Not bothered about overclocking tbh, it'll sit at stock, I may or may not grab the H50's AM4 adapter kit for a tenner, or I might add it to the bundle and sell the i7/16Gb/Gene V and H50 as a job lot, not decided yet, also thinking of taking the i5-3470 or whatever it is out of my server, putting the i7 in there and then doing it that way, too many choices atm..

Yeah got a case as well, and PSU, and GPU, and an SSD seeing as I just dropped an order for an m.2 970 Evo Plus to go with the new build...

Oh, and I also have a keyboard, mouse and power cables, oh, and a monitor...

Re: Upgrading from Ivy Bridge - sanity check!

So, it appears I actually have the Corsair H60, not the H50, so the AM4 adapter doesn't fit, anyone on here looking at 1155-AM4 with an H50 that needs the adapter kit?
