I think I am sure what you want.. A card which you can use for video editing.. And capture your RAW footage from your camera right?.. Well I have used my Rad9800AIW ..and its never failed me..

It has a TV card also, which is cool. My card has video in/video out..and it also comes with the Purple I/O box, which has extra features for s-video etc.

But as far as I know most AIW cards will do/have what your after..

Oh sorry.. I misunderstood your question!.. I thought you wanted a Graphics card with those features.. Well as I now *think* I uderstand what you are after.. Then something like this should be cool:

Hauppauge WinTV-USB Capture Card External USB TV + Teletext + Capture C/S Video

It has composite and S-video in, so very useful for video editing and capturing RAW footage.. If you look on the link at related items there are others similar cards you may want to consider. .(It isn't external and just plugs straight into your USB port!..)

    Hope this help is better!

EDIT:: There are PCI ones like it HERE
