not seen that before tbh, but my personal pc is still on win7 and all the win10 I deal with at work are onboard/ondie gpu's
1903 & 1907 has been giving us a massive headache with wireless displays but that's some very funky wireless network issues, not gpu.
recovery mode working? if so you should be able to get into default display drive mode, then I'd suggest trying to update all your drivers
Edit: but yes the more I use win10 the more I've found random things getting broken by updates and the more reluctant I've been to upgrade from win7

Ok no worries fixed just unplugged everything turned power of for 10 mins booted back ok weird though maybe gfx card? Its a new card 1660 super.
Ahh that sounds bad . . . have you got a spare gpu you can test?
edit:never mind, could be a psu issue or motherboard
update bios is probably a good step, might be worth looking for a vbios aswell

Check the graphics card is seated properly, if it has been recently installed. I had an intermittent issue with a PC a few years back where sometimes it would boot with no screen output, and when I took a closer look inside, I noticed I somehow hadn't quite seated the card fully. It was barely anything, but after sorting that, the issue never popped up again.
If a computer isnt booting the first thing I check is memory. 9/10 its just dirty an folding an a4 piece of paper over and giving the pins a wipe (like using sand paper) then replacing will get it to boot again.
