I'd still pick TCCD though for A64... Great for AXP users!

I got 2x512 of the twinmos pc3200 speed premium, with winbons UTT chips.
Right now I'm doing 240Mhz 1.5-2-2-5-T1 (with very tight other timings aswell) on my DFI NF3 with 3.17vdimm.
Great stuff for $140USD (~75 pounds) total for the gig.
its a bit cheap for BH5 i am missing a 512mb stick of BH5 tempted to buy it
Blimmineck. I paid a ton for a gig of PC3200 CH5 a couple of months ago.
eek - I sold a gig of bh-5 a couple of weeks ago on the bay of fleas for £160, glad I got rid of it at that price now
Wibble
Currently wanted:
DVB- satellite pci card
I'm guessing that this a one time only offer - haven't Winbond stopped producing memory?

http://www.komplett.co.uk/k/ki.asp?sku=308281&cks=PRL is that as good as the link at the top, just its 3200 not 3500, is it that the 3500 is guarenteed to hit slightly more speeds. I think the ocz vx is based on these chips so do these twinmos like volts too
On one of the forums i visit, they have 2 or 3 OCZ reps, they have admitted that there VX is based on the same chips in these value ram. These chips have appeared on OCZ Value ram, Muskin Blue Value ram, Kingston Value ram Twinmos & Twinmos Speed Premium value ram. Obviously you have to get the correct product codes, and you will smile when you see the famous winbond dimples on you chips.Originally Posted by thewizz
I have already got the Twinmos SP 3200 & have put in my order for the 3500.
The CH5 used in the 3200, is apprently been tweaked, it is nothing like the old CH5 chips.
And if its Winbond it loves volts, so get your booster out!!!!
i have ordered the 3500 from komplett, how could are that delivery, and stock info, they say they have 15 pieces waiting to come in, but that didnt seem to change much since i ordered, is that accurate
Don't worry i've ordered stuff from them before, they'll get there in the endOriginally Posted by thewizz
Yeah, UTT is revised CH-5. CH-5 was orignially supposed to be better than BH-5, but they really screwed up the earlier revisions of it apparently. Seems they finally got it right though.Originally Posted by owen1978
Anyone know if this new BH-5 is significantly better than older BH-5?
I think its the same BH5 as before, as a Twinmos rep stated.Originally Posted by oralpain
owen1978 , i am wondering if Ram that you bought is based on BH-5 , can you confirm ?
I am thinking about this memory: http://www.komplett.co.uk/k/ki.asp?sku=309097&cks=PRL
but i'm not sure if it is based on CH-5. I got 1x512 Speed Premium AA4T wich is on CH-5 and i am trying to find second stick for dual channel.
My doubts come from link i have found on google: http://www.komplett.co.uk/k/ki.asp?sku=308281&cks=PRL , seems that when they have Speed Premium's memory based on Winbond they tell you about it. So is it means that the ram from first link is not on Ch-5 ?
