    Recomend me a 512MB stick

I want a good stick of 512MB DDR 3200 or perhaps 2x 256mb sticks that will not cost the earth and can be overclocked with good results in a shuttle.

wilsonian ur forgetting that they cost not just the earth but the solar system, galaxy and universe too

TwinMOS w/ winbond isnt far off of OCZ or corsair, and costs hell of a lot less

Corsair are way over-priced so look to Crucial, TwinMOS or the ever more popular Adata. PC3200 is all you need unless you wish to keep synced on an o/c'ed 800FSB P4. Lower latency is better but only very marginally and even less so on Dual Channel (esp 865/875). Regarding TwinMOS, their Twister are presumable best closely followed by Winbond but their std stuff is still top notch and is realistically priced too. If your mobo is Dual Channel it's certainly best to buy 2 sticks, don't worry about 'matched stuff' though.
