    Where can i find a drive with no tray

    Hello
    Where can i find a black DVD, DVD/CDRW combo, or CDRW combo that doesn't have a tray thing (ie you just slot it in, like in cars)

    i think you can only get laptop drives like that, so it may need some mooding, which it looks like in the pic

    pioneer do DVD rom drives that go into a slit if thats what your looking for.

    ITXwarehouse have some slim-line optical drives that are slot loaders, don't see why they shouldn't work in an atx case, would save some room too!

    It's easy enough to spray slot loading drives any colour you want using some small squares of paper you can slip behind to cover the felt bits of the Pioneer drives. I sprayed my Pioneer 106S grey:

    Err, those aren't slot loading .
    You may want to go for a slim line one with IDE adapter, can be found here http://www.itx-warehouse.co.uk/productlist.aspx?Cid=21

    Can't find proper IDE drive that are slot load in the UK
