Software Rebuild on Laptop

Hi guys,

I wondered if anyone could help me, I have rebuilt my parent's Laptop and it seems to be functioning perfectly apart from some unknown devices displayed in device manager (With Yellow question mark). I wouldn't mind so much but my old man is a bit of a perfectionist and wouldnt like drivers missing etc.

There are 2 'Base system devices', a 'SM Bus Controller', and an 'Unknown Device'. is there any way of determining what these devices are and so I can install the correct drivers. I have a feeling the base system devices are card readers...???

SM Bus controller is part of the system resources.

Whats the CPU is it intel or AMD? I'm thinking intel and you can go and get the intel driivers from the intel website

go to the intel website and get the chipset drivers
