    According to Asus the DELUXE has the following that the STD doesn't ...

    AI-BIOS:

    1. CrashFree BIOS 2~
    The AI-Series enhances system stability based on this pioneering technology. When BIOS corruption occurs, the CrashFree BIOS 2 feature reboots the computer and perform a recovery procedure by using the motherboard support CD when the original BIOS fails.

    2. Q-Fan technology~
    This unique technology intelligently and automatically adjusts CPU fan speeds according to system load and temperature, enabling users to work in a distraction-free environment with minimal noise.

    3. ASUS POST Reporter~
    A voice warning design during POST notifies users of any system errors, which means no more complicated LED messages!

    OTHER:

    * 533FSB & 400FSB support as well as 800FSB (both should have this, only the Deluxe specifies it though).

    * SATA, IDE RAID and Firewire (ICH5R).

    * AI AUDIO (6-channel digital audio).

    * Multi-language BIOS.

    * Better o/c'ing facilities (it would seem but non-specific). Both reportedly have "AI Overclocking".
