Shuttle Water Cooling
Hey Fellas (first post),
I recently bought a BioStar shuttle barebone, fit the parts etc. All was running fine until I found it overheating causing programs to just grind to a hault. The CPU and System fans need to be at 100% (which is damn loud) to keep it running at 25-29 degrees (C).
Here is the spec and a picture of the model.

Biostar IDEQ 300G MCE-I / Socket 775 / DDR400 / Intel 915G / PCI-Express
Intel Pentium 64-bit 3.4Ghz CPU
1GB Crucial Ram DDR400
Geforce6 6600GT PCi-Express 128Mb
250Gb Western Digital Caviar SATA HDD
Pioneer 109 Dual Layer DVR Drive
Any idea how to solve the problem, or where to get a shuttle Water Cooling System from, to fit my case?
Thanks!

The only ones you're gonna find which will fit will be like this:

..and they don't really provide enough 'oomph' to cool much better than your standard HSF.

Thanks for the help.
I'm basically looking at whatever can solve the problem. With it being a shuttle Im beginning to think that a lot of hot air contained in a small space cant be good, even with the system and CPU fan on full.

With careful planning, it can be possible to implement a 120mm radiator instead of the wimpy variety that Proplus recommended.

Thanks for the awesome resource, will definitley look into it!

25-29 degrees (C). is not hot at all, could possibly be something else causing the probs?

its not hot at all, it should be fine, My CPU is currently at 51 degrees and the ambient is 37.

Indeed, I keep my idle temps around 50 degrees (XP chip) so I can rev the fans down. What temps to you have when the fan is around 10-20%?
